Is the LG Dare a good overall, and texting phone?

I currently have the LG Env, and have an upgrade. I reallly want a touch screen phone and not the voyager. I really do like the dare and keep hearing texting contraversies that you have to get used to it, or its terrible. Please help me out!! Thanks a bunch everyone!!:)

    I like it a lot, but it did take some time to get used to the texting. The cool thing sit hat you can text like a normal phone, or like a keyboard, and it vibrates every time you hit a key, so you know if you typed something or not. (:
