Although this video is funny, it is very sad when someone is hurt or killed in real life driving accidents. Never talk on a cell phone, or text message, while operating a motor vehicle. Support tougher penalties for those who use cell phones while driving. Just pull over to the side of the road if you need to make a call. You may save a life or two by doing so.

If you need to use the phone pull over, stop, and talk. If you’re in a hurry(because you’re late or something) and can’t pull over, then don’t use it, call BEFORE you get on the road to tell them you’ll be late.

its not all 100% safe. if someone is good at texting fast while driving and don’t get a accident then that person is gifted but if another person is slow at texting and not focus on the road then chance are that person end up hurt badly or death will occur. so its 50% to 30% safe. if its 100% safe then don’t text at all. ^_^
