I need to get a phone good for texting and picture messaging and calling but cheep with a good plan?

perfeably the cricket plan but my mom wont buy me one to expensive and suggestions?

Don’t know where you live, but if you can find an independent service dealer they can give you 10% discount. (at least thats what my independent dealer gave me). FYI, independent dealer meaning not a store by the company itself (like an ATT store wtvs), not a radioshack, but a really random independent dealer.
