as far as i am aware 400 messages usage is what u send not what u recieve i have 500 messages and its what i send not recieve hope this helps ? References :
The 400 messages include all incoming and outgoing messages. So any you send or receive are counted.

I beileve so becuse i have some friends without texting and when i send them a text by mistake it counts so i think that applies
