when my certain contacts send me textes useing SMS texting i can only read 1st two words them it goes …. can’t figure how to retrieve the rest of message .
This is an issue that has been pissing me off lately too.
It only started when I updated my device software to 5.0.0.654
If I pull the battery I can see the entire message once the phone powers back on. I wish I had an answer.
most probably the problem is that the message is truncated. in this case you need to call your carrier and troubleshoot the issue, most probably they need to reset the SMS option in your account, might be too old.
