You can type in many languages although I think if you bought the phone from Malaysia it would have character and language support for your dialect.

Sorry the answer is yes you can type without the T9 predictive text switched on.

To switch T9 off whilst in writing a text message press and hold on the hash (#) key or tap Options then select Dictionary and choose off.

The charger is LG’s normal chargers, they have kept the charging ports the same since the Chocolate – this also includes – Prada, Viewty, Shine, Secret, Renoir, Arena, Chocolate2.
