Is texting from myT-mobile online account to a cell phone free?

I’m trying to text to a cricket phone from my pc using my online T-mobile account but i’m wondering if it charges the receiver.

It counts as 1 text message each time you do (if you have an unlimited plan, it’s unlimited). If you have a 400 text message plan or something, then it goes against your 400 text messages. If you have no plans, it’s $0.15/message.

    All plans with Cricket come with free unlimited texting.
