I want to get unlimited texting for my phone, is there a verizon website that will allow my to sign up for this online? Or will I have to sign up at a store? If I can sign up online, does it start immediatly or will I have to wait?
Go to verizonwireless.com. Sign up if u havent already or sign in which takes you to my verizon. There you can change price plans, add features, pretty much everything. It should give you an option to on demand the feature so it happens right away or future date it so it will start your next billing cycle. No need to call customer service. Hope this helps. Also, if you just change to a select, premium, or connect plan you’ll have unlimited texting.
