I would suggest anyone who has verizon to switch to something else. Verizon is a good company and I’ve been with verizon for years but I changed my mind after chatting with a support personnel Ruth. She was rude. At no point during our session was she even trying to answer my questions. She even shut down the chat session on me at the end! I will switch to something else when my contract ends in November. My employees who have verizon are probably switching, too, after hearing my presentation at our company about the importance of customer service.
I have verizon and all text is free, whether its pic, video, or if the person isnt on the verizon network.
