Is At&t texting free after 9 during the week and on weekends?

I know calling is free but is texting free also? Because I odn’t have texting on my plan. SO it is 20 cents per text.

If you don’t have a text package you will be charged per text sent or received regardless of the time or day of the week.

    No, 20 cents still applies after 9 with texting.
