I need help deciding what phone to get that’s best for texting from t-mobile.

blackberry curve! full keyboard and the buttons are easy to press so that you won’t accidently press the wrong letter or press 2 at once like you could on the iphone. i have a blackberry curve and texting and emailing is so easy!

My family has the T-Mobile plan called FamilyTime Plus. We want to get a new phone for it and we want to add texting to the plan. Do we have to upgrade to the FamilyTime Unlimited or can we just add Texting? How much would it cost?

You have the capability to text, but without a text packge, you get charged for incoming and outgoing texts.

However, T-Mobil (USA, I’m assuming) offers unlimited text on their Family plans for $20 per month. This is shared among all the phones on the account. You can also buy text plans for individual lines on the account, but only that line gets the benefit of the free texts.

either, it’s too slow, or it’s so fast the video is sped up. . which is it people? lol

My family recently got new cell phones from Verizon Wireless. Our plan is the family plan with 700 minutes, but we also got unlimited texting added to it. Does the unlimited texting cover mobile im too, or does that just use up our minutes?

theres 3 plans.. the basic, select, and premium family plans. Basic doesnt include unlimited txt or IM. Premium and Select includes unlimited txts and mobile IMs.

See i want the new t-mobile sidekick really badly, and i am very social so i would want unlimited texting, and i am wondering that if u get unlimited texting would u be able to go on aim for free, would that be considered a text?also i would want to send videos and pictures how much would that be? Can the new sidekick take pictures and make videos? And also what is your opinion of this phone? ok thanks please answer a.s.a.p.!

if you get unlimted texting then you wont get aim. to get aim you need the internet on your phone and thats $20 a month. if you get unlimted text you can send pics and videos for free. the new sidekick can take pics and record videos. my opion on this phone, dont get it. too costly and they break so much. waste of money

It shouldn’t take any time. I have had my T-Mobile account add minutes after I went over and they backdated it to my last bill so it never showed that I had gone over.

When you set things up it takes effect immediately. If you are worried call their customer service and ask for it to be backdated to your last bill. They have no problem doing that.

Also, go to your online tmobile and check your plan details. It will tell you exactly what your plan is and how many text messages you have used.
